Wholesale Account Application Instructions

Name

1. First Name* — Enter your first name.
2. Last Name* — Enter your last name.

Company

3. Company Name — Enter your business name (optional but recommended).

Email

4. Email* — Enter your business email address.

Country

5. Country* — Click the "Select country" dropdown and choose your country.

Address

6. Find address — Start typing your address and select it from the suggestions that appear. If it doesn't come up, click "Enter address manually" and type in each part of the address yourself.

Tax Reseller / Resale Certificate Number

7. Country — Under this section, select the country that issued your resale/reseller permit. Note: US applicants may be asked to upload a copy of the certificate.

EIN / SSN

8. EIN (or SSN if you do not have an EIN)* — Enter your 9-digit Employer Identification Number. If your business doesn't have an EIN, you'd enter a Social Security Number instead.

Submit

9. Click Submit to send your application.

Quick tips: Make sure the four required fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Country) plus the EIN field are all filled before submitting.
